Everything in accordance with current legislation — you can return the item within 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order.
Exchange conditions:
An item can be exchanged for the same item in a different color or size, or for another product. If the selected size or color for exchange is not available, a full refund will be issued for the originally purchased item.
Please note that an item cannot be exchanged if:
It shows signs of wear, damage, or has foreign odors.
The item arrived without seals, tags, or with damaged packaging.
This is important, as we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item arrives not in proper condition.
If you decide to return an item, you can use the Nova Poshta quick return service or contact our manager on Instagram and provide all the necessary information for the refund.
To identify the return, the shipment must be sent by the original recipient of the order
Of course! The most convenient way to do this is to write to us on Instagram, check the product availability, make a 200 UAH prepayment, and provide your shipping details.
As soon as the selected size and color are ready, we will immediately send your order and notify you on Instagram.
We recommend dry cleaning — it’s the safest option.
If you wash it at home — only with a dryer.
Our puffer jackets use Fill Tex eco-down insulation, and without proper drying it will not dry completely. In all our puffer jackets and vests the filling is Fill Tex eco-down, so if you wash it in a machine without drying, it may stay damp inside. That’s why dry cleaning is still the better option.
If it happens that after dry cleaning the filling gathers on one side — don’t worry. Simply shake and gently fluff the jacket, and everything will return to its place.
In all our puffer jackets, coats, and vests we use Fill Tex eco-down — not synthetic padding and not standard synthetic filling.

• Easily restores its shape after storage or transportation

For deliveries within Ukraine, we use Nova Poshta.
Orders are usually shipped Monday to Friday within 1–2 business days.
Yes! We ship orders worldwide, except to Russia and Belarus. We send parcels via Nova Poshta. The usual delivery time is 7–14 days, however due to the wartime situation in Ukraine, delivery times may vary.
Important information about international delivery:
• We operate officially (FOP) and ship orders with tags and receipts. Because of this, customs duties may apply in the destination country, so we recommend checking local regulations.
• Exchange / return is possible within 14 days after receiving the order. All shipping and customs costs are covered by the customer. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
• If the exchange / return conditions are violated, we reserve the right not to compensate the cost and to return the item at the buyer’s expense.
• In rare cases, the postal service may lose or damage a parcel. In such situations, we submit an official request so the parcel can be found or partial compensation can be issued.
When placing an order, we recommend carefully checking your details and address: make sure they are written in the correct order without mistakes, and follow the postal system rules of the country where you currently live.
The funds will be returned to your account within 5–7 business days. We would also like it to be faster, but these are the standard processing times set by the bank.

Moldova — 500 UAH
Czech Republic — 600 UAH

To find out the exact shipping cost to your country, we recommend checking the local customs conditions in advance, as the customs clearance cost may vary in different countries.
We also recommend indicating the full declared value of the parcel when shipping, so that in case the parcel is lost after crossing the border, it will be possible to receive compensation from the postal service.

You place the order, pay for it directly on the website, provide your details — and we prepare your order for shipment.
2. Order with a prepayment
If it is more convenient for you to place an order with a prepayment:

• our manager contacts you
• we clarify all details and confirm availability
• we send the prepayment details
The prepayment amount is 300 UAH.
After the payment is made, the order is immediately prepared for shipment.
Regardless of the payment method, exchange and return are always available.
• We ship orders daily from Monday to Friday
• Shipments are not sent on Saturdays and Sundays
• In most cases, orders placed today are shipped the next day
The official shipping time is 1–3 business days.
We indicate this timeframe taking into account current realities (martial law, possible power outages, or logistics delays).
Usually it is faster, and delays are the exception rather than the rule.

An item is eligible for exchange or return provided that:
• the item has not been used;
• the product appearance, seals, and tags are preserved;

• the original packaging is preserved (if possible).

You send the item back to us using a delivery method convenient for you.
After we receive and inspect the item:
• in case of exchange — we send you a new item;
• in case of return — the funds are transferred back to your account.
Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days after the item is received and inspected at our production facility.
• paid by the customer if the return is not related to a manufacturing defect;
• in case of a confirmed defect — we cover the delivery cost.
